Oceanfront Resorts
Laguna Keyes is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach at 5700 North Ocean Boulevard. This new 14-story luxury resort is situated on one of the Grand Strand’s finest and most private beaches. A truly unique location, near the tip of the Cherry Grove peninsula, affords wonderful views of the ocean and of a beautiful salt marsh. It’s just a short drive to all the pleasure of world-famous Myrtle Beach.
Crescent Keyes and Blue Water Keyes are new luxury resorts situated on one of the Grand Strand's most beautiful and widest beaches. These resorts are in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.
Crescent Keyes is located at 1903 South Ocean Boulevard.
Blue Water Keyes is located at 2001 South Ocean Boulevard.
These resorts are adjacent to one another and are close to all the activity Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Ocean Keyes is a luxury gated condominium community located at 601 Hillside Drive North in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Set upon the manicured grounds of a former golf course, it’s a tranquil enclave of lakes, fountains and green space and is within walking distance to the beach.
There are outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddy pools, barbeque areas with picnic tables, an air-conditioned fitness facility, a recreation room with a pool table and walking paths. The community is connected to the citywide bike path system.
Intracoastal Waterway Community
Carolina Keyes Waterway Villas is a luxury condominium community located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach.
It features a lighted waterfront boardwalk with piers, gazebos and floating docks.
